app is incompatible with iPhone

thanks for the response, but the Sling TV app requires iOS "10.3" and I have iOS 10.3.3.

Unsure of Apple's numbering convention, but it seems to me I meet the required 10.3?

Sling customer support told me their app is compatible with Apple 5c (and it has been kicked up to Tier 2). I have not heard back, I just like to try and figure stuff out for myself

I really just use my phone for phone and text, and have two apps, for my mountain climbing training . . . so I really dont want or need a phone, and Sling TV will probably not be important enough to go to that trouble of getting a new phone

Settings/General -- "version" says 10.3.3

When I go to Settings/General/Software Update it says 10.3.3

It just says "Sling TV app isn't compatible with your phone (or device)"
