Trying to use the Virgin Australia Entertainment App on an iPad Air A1474

Running the latest iOS 11.3.1

Each time I try to use the App I get the following error messageUser uploaded file

Have tried delete / reinstall a few times

Any ideas or suggestions welcome please ?
