I downloaded golf clash off the App Store and tried making a purchase multiple times and it didn’t go through, I made sure to check that my debit card was verified tommy Apple Pay wallet and it wouldn’t go through said to Contact Apple support
If you haven't yet contacted iTunes Support as instructed to do you should do so (these are user forums, not iTunes Support, we can't help you) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
