Can I cancel a product and then choose another one of the same price?

I made a mistake buying a iphone 8 with a carrier, and then I just realized that I need it unlocked. So, I decided to cancel the product to choose the correct one. But now, apple store took my money and I am relally afraid that they don't give me back to buy my phone.
