Error deploying classroom with share ipad

Hello everyone,

I use Meraki as MDM to manage 16 ipads. 15 are in shared ipad for students an one has a teacher profil (no shared profil) as reequest to install Classroom profils. But it’s impossible to deploy it. I’m in France and Apple services are not abble to answer me. They tell me to contact Cisco meraki. I can‘t bacause it’s a free mdm contract and thet give no support in that case...

When I try to deploy Classroom profil to teacher ipad I just have this message

I discover the same kind of error message in very old messages, but with a different error number.

If some one as an idea....
