I have incorrect icons on the dock.

The icon in the middle is actually for Chrome. There are a couple of showing this icon too.

iMac with Retina 5K display, iOS 10.3.3

invisible icon The icon for Settings and Preferences is invisible on my dock. There's a space where it should be and if I click on it, it opens up. The Icon shows up under applications. It always returns if I drag it off the dock. And if I try to drag it to the dock from the applications folder, it doesn't change.
