Macbook air mid 2013 power up issues

I have a mid 2013 macbook air, i did an OS update last week. I then tried to switch on my mqcbook but it will not power on. When I plug on the power cable it is green. I have tried he reset by holding down the shift, ctrl, option and and power button nothing happens

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204267

Start from macOS Recovery, if you can. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314

Click  and choose “Startup Disk”

Select your Startup Disk, usually Macintosh HD.

Click “Restart”.
