i have an IPHONE 7 and apple watch 3 . i am not getting alrams on my iphone to owrk on my apple watch ihave unpaired and paired again with no success the only time it works is when i set an alarm on my iphone and set it to go off an hour or so later from the time i set it ti test it .... any suggestions to get it to work all the rime would be great. Thank you in advance

Swipe up for Control Center and make sure Theater Mode, do-not-disturb or Silent Mode have not been accidentally selected.
You could try a much quicker test using the countdown timer or alarm set to a few minutes rather than alarm at 1 hour. Also try to discover whether it is only alarms which don’t work - do you get notifications for incoming email or iMessage? Remember your watch might not alert if the relevant app is open and foreground active on your iPhone.
