Problemi RETINA Mac Book Pro

Buongiorno,

Ho richiesto assistenza per un problema abbastanza grave al monitor del mio Mac Book Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013). Il diplay retina è visivamente molto rovinato.

Sono molto contrariata dalla risposta dell'assistenza che ha rifiutato la mia riparazione dicendo che "mi sono svegliata" troppo tardi e dopo avermi chiesto una prova d'acquisto che ormai non ho più. Di questo problema si parla in tutti i blog del mondo e, nonostante fosse rimasto nascosto, alla fine è stato riconosciuto.

Quindi ora mi ritrovo con un computer pagato oltre 2500 euro che ha un serio problema non causato da me ma da Apple e nessuna assistenza in merito. Io avrò anche ritardato a richiedere aiuto ma purtroppo avrò avuto i miei motivi...sinceramente dopo aver acquistato 4 iphone, 1 ipad, 2 mac book e 1 ipod credo che la mia esperienza con Apple si chiuderà qui. Sono veramente molto arrabbiata e delusa.
