I put 20GB of videos on my iPad app 'nPlayer' through iTunes file sharing.
I want backup my iPad without 20GB of videos.
Is it possible to backup without file sharing folder?

No, but apps should be able to control whether or their file sharing data is included in the backup. Have you checked for options in the app?
