I need a refund on three charges on my account

There are three charges on my iTunes account that I need refunded, two of which are the same charge billed twice

iPhone X, iOS 11.3.1

Contact Apple Support

If you think you're being billed twice for the same item, it might be a payment authorization holdand not an actual charge. The charge will disappear after your purchase clears..
