My iPhone 6 screen/mobile is unresponsive. Why do I do

Hi. I have tried hard restore through ITunes. I have followed the tips in the link above> still unresponsive. I was using browser & screen just shut down! Not sure what to try next. Any suggestions? Catch 22 cause I can't call support.
