What do you mean by update? If you mean update the operating system (iOS) see: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
The signature in your post indicates that you currently have (or did have at one time) iOS 4.3.2. That would indicate that you have an iPhone 4 (or earlier). The iPhone 4 cannot be updated beyond iOS 7.1.2.
