Anyone else seeing expired quotes from this BS company doing the apple trade-in? I sent in 5 devices.
-one quoted quickly and rejected, asked them to send it back, nothing yet
-one accepted like 2 weeks later
then I just get 3 mails saying that my quotes have expired on the other 3 units that they have. They have lost my devices!!
