Billing/payment problems
When I tried to download a free app on my phone, I’m being told that there’s a billing problem, so when I fill in my card details, it says that there’s a payment problem. There should be no problem because my card is still in date!
This has happened a few times now and I have just been charged a dollar for nothing from apple and I’m both confused and annoyed... could someone please tell me what’s going on?
