How can I fix my MacBook Pro keyboard
the key board keeps putting in symbols instead of numbers and it also capitalizes letters when cap locks is off which prevents me from putting the right password

Connect an external keyboard and test. If that works as expected then it's probably hardware in your internal keyboard and you'll need to take it in to have it repaired.
