Can't restart iPhoneX

When I try, it reverts to a screen from a call I recently declined. This all started with my phone buzzing for about an hour non-stop, started by that one call...

iPhone X, iOS 11.3.1

If you are invoking Siri, you are not doing it correctly. It’s very simple to do on the older iPhones, but I think that you have to get the hang of it on the newer 7, 8 & X,. It is worth another try or a few more tries.

Seeing the Apple logo appear on the screen is the key to knowing you did it successfully.

Try a forced restart and see if that helps. On an iPhone X, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
