You should be able to spell in lower case, but you have to tell it to use lower case. I am speculating, but I'm thinking that the inability to edit the dictation may have to do with the screen size, since it would be difficult to identify and tap and mark on incorrect words. I'm not sure about telling it lower case, but I'm searching for another support document that may address it.

I am not aware of any method to edit the dictation on the Apple Watch like you can on the iPhone. I've just deleted the response, and started over again. I do, however, find the dictation on the Watch to be much better than on the phone, as strange as that may sound.
