Completely Broken Screen Backup

Screen (touch) is completely non-functional. Have usb to lightening adapter and tried the keyboard trick. (Spacebar, type passcode). The phone will register 5 of the 6 passcode characters, then "freeze" for a moment, finally going to a "Swipe up to recover" screen, that the keyboard will not function on. Siri access isn't possible due to the phone being restarted. Any solutions? Need to backup prior to repair/replace. Using a Logitech keyboard. iPhone X. Thanks

Unresponsive screen iPhone 11 My daughter broke the bottom of her screen. The screen is now completely unresponsive. It lights up but doesn’t respond to touch.
