A huge problem with iPhone 5s

Hello an iPhone 5s is delivered for me from USA to my country Iran.

Unfortunately my SIM(every sim from Iran)is not supported by this iPhone.

I don’t know what can I do to activate that iPhone.

Would you please help me in this field??

Wanted to mention that I couldn’t upload any photo!!

The phone is locked to a carrier. You have to contact the carrier it is locked to see what their requirement is for unlocking the phone and if you qualify. Also did this phone come properly prepared for a new user? When you turned it on the first time, it should have turned on to the Hello page.
