I’ve tried 2 mice, replaced batteries & charged the wireless. I rebooted & now can’t sign in

Where does sign in fail? How does 2 mice relate to the problem? All you need is a keyboard to sign in. I suggest you get a cable connect keyboard. any keyboard will do. the windows key is the command key.
