Other devices plugged into same surge protector are not having any interruption to their power. Firmware is updated. Only new element is new house. Again all the other devices are working properly as in last place.
Try performing a "factory default" reset on the base station. You will then need to use the AirPort Utility to set it up again. Try running the base station for the rest of the day. If it continues to power-down by itself, then there may be an issue with its power supply and will need to be replaced.

If the AirPort Extreme continues to act up after a factory default reset, it might be possible to replace the ailing power supply inside the device.
Frankly, this is not not an easy job, but a good do-it-yourself type person with experience on small electronic repairs can probably handle the job. The following link will provide some tips:

A repair shop specializing in Apple products could handle repairs as well, but unfortunately the cost of parts and labor would likely exceed the cost of a new AirPort Extreme.
How many times a day or a week is this happening?
There is a known fault where the power supply gets over current signal incorrect and shuts down.
AFAIK no resets or different firmware will help the problem.

Actually that is major element.. is the modem it is plugged into the same? Are you on the same ISP?
Have you done the full factory reset.. which is always worth a try.
Some areas are prone to slight variations in power.. and by using a UPS you might fix the issue.. expensive to try if it turns out to not be a problem.
As the other guys have suggested a replacement power supply can be a fix if you are DIYer. I have replaced the internal supply with a more robust external supply.. but it is going to require some soldering skills.
The factory reset seems to be doing the job. Performed it last night when I got home and the unit was still on this morning when I got up which would have been enough time for it to power down as it had been doing. If it powers down again, I'll let you know.

Unplugged it. Confirmed firmware is up to date. Tried different outlet.
