İos 11.1.2 Vs 11.3.1?
I have been using iphone 8 plus with ios 11.1.2 and dont want to upgrade.do you think 11.1.2 is faster than 11.3.1 or vice versa?

I own an iPhone 7, and haven't noticed any differences, in terms of speed, among the various iOS versions from iOS 11 to the latest 11.3.1.
That being said, I would suggest that you always run the latest iOS version on you iPhone, mainly because of the frequent security patches that are released.
