VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Why is it so hard to manage a subscription in iTunes. I want to cancel a subscription to Zoosk and it is impossible to find out how to do this. APPLE...this is not good..!!!

HOW DO I CARRY OUT WHAT SHOULD BE A SIMPLE FUNCTION?

Trying to manage subscription to Itunes. No cooperation from apple I bought a three month subscription to itunes. It renews Nov 2 2021 at full price. I have not used it once, so I would like to cancel. Problem is every time I log in (with telephone confirmation I might add) now more than 5 times and request a cancelation the app crashes. Itunes will not let me manage my subscription. I want to cancel! Itunes will not let me cancel my subscription. Everytime I click on 'manage', it cirles a grey setting maybe for half a second, then does nothing after even 10 minutes +, with rebooting itunes, etc. I had just turned my computer on! I've gone on line to check for different ways to get support, chat with someone, call or whatever, and nothing! I even downloaded the apple help app onto my android, and it just cirled and cirlcled a red line over and over for another 10 minutes+. I don't know how many sites I have gone to online, and spent so much time trying to get an answer, I am SO frustrated, and that's to say the least!!! This is ridiculous!!! PLEASE HELP!

Cannot connect to subscriptions Have good data availability and everything else works but I cannot connect to subscriptions. This seems to be a common systemic problem for Apple? I would like to cancel a trial before I am charged for software that appears not to meet my needs; is this not what a free trial is for??
