My iPhone 6s Plus keeps on turning of and on.

When I’m on my phone the screen turns black for a second and then turns back on. It keeps on doing it. I put it to charge and it stopped for while but it then proceeded to keep on doing the same. How can I solve this? Thank you for your help!
