stop apple watch from fitness comments
My new Apple Watch is great, but whenever I don’t walk it gives me mean comments. Also it doesn’t record when I use my bicycle. Any ideas?

To end the workout, on your watch:
- Open the Workout app and either:
- Press firmly on the display, then tap on End, or;
- Swipe all the way to the left to see the same option.
- Then scroll down to save or discard your workout.
If this does not work, restart both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off.
- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
