It's been more than 2weeks i can't update my macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 Update. I keep getting this error messages ''Could not connect to the server.(-1004)'' At first i thought that it was my connection but i could download other app. Please can anyone help?

Try using another admin account to download.
Or try running the combo update. It installs all previous updates plus the new one, which can replace any files that may have become corrupted.

10.13.4 is the current High Sierra update. There aren't any others. There have been several security updates posted in App Store for installation.
