DVD Studio Pro on two computers

I want to edit my projects in FCP7 on one computer and then use DVD Studio Pro on another computer to author the DVDs. I can't use FCP and DVDSP at the same time under one license. DVDSP isn't even working on my new machine so I have to use an older computer. Do I need to buy another license even though I am not using DVDSP on the new computer? Is there a way to "unbundle" the two programs on the new computer so that I can work both computers at the same time?
