Microsoft Store's iTunes app not working correctly with DVD drive.

Whenever I terminate the iTunes app my DVD drive tray opens automatically.

iTunes Won't Quit My iTunes app will not quit and continues to ask for me to sign in. I am unable to restart, logout, update, or shut down my laptop because of this. I continue to sign in to the iTunes tab that pops up saying I must sign in, but it just pops right back up even though I am using the correct password. Even when I press the "not now" button, it pops back up. This is prohibiting me from restarting, updating, and clearing out storage being taken up by iTunes movies. If anyone knows what is going on I would be very thankful.

When I hit the browse key the entire program freezes and have to reboot computer When in the iTunes program using Windows 10 the entire iTunes program freezes when I try to play anything from the BROWSE menu. I have a apple music subscription that is active. No other buttons are functionable. The only way to close the iTunes program is to reboot the computer. This started around Sept 28. Updating Windows, etc did not help.

purchased movies not playable until restarting iTunes OS X High SierraiTunes 12.7.3.46After I've played a few movies, eventually the movies I've purchased that are streamed stop being able to be played. The "play" arrrow on the movie frame is no longe present, like below.I can resolve this by stopping and restarting iTunes, but I shouldn't have to.Reauthorizing the computer within iTunes does not resolve the issue. Only a restart of iTunes does.See the play arrow is now present after I restart iTunes.
