problem with pages

I have a new IPad Pro. With IOS 11.3.1. I had quite few documents in pages. Now there are just a few, when I look on the cloud there are few more. I cannot find lol of them. Why can’t I see all of them in one place? I need to so I can creat files.

iPad Pages docs in settings but not in app? Hi I cannot find a number of important pages documents on my iPad I’ve tried looking in the iCloud but can only find generic sample documents not any of the ones which have involved months of work. When I go into settings - press General then select Pages I can see a list of the documents I need access to. The only cation I can then take is to press EDIT and I am not sure what to do next as EDIT seems to just mean delete. Really hope someone can help! thanks in advance
