Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can sign into Apple ID on the site and on my phone too, but can't buy, download and update my apps in App Store, says my Apple ID has been disabled.

Please help, it's been 2 months I can't active my Apple ID. "You DON'T need to send me links to CHANGE password". I did it almost 5 times.

If this does not help, If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support, then contact iTunes support. You can use this link, iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support
