So I’m trying to get my dad set up with his new phone. It keeps asking to log into the iCloud account and It won’t accept the password and won’t let me create a new password saying the username doesn’t exist but won’t let me log out either.
Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If the initial contact can’t help you, ask them to have someone who can help contact you.
