Speak selection chose different language for pronunciation

I have issue with my iphone6S running iOS 11.3. When i select word for a pronunciation it speaks in different language sometimes. It’s not just one other voice of language, choice of a voices differ. Sounds like French or Spanish something in that root. Idk in what standard it’s choosing a language.

I’ve had a few different languages selected in the setting. So I’ve tried deselecting/deleting those languages even though those were not the language it pronounced. But that didn’t fix anything. I have iPhone5 running iOS 11.2.6 and have the same issue. But the choice of a voice seems to be different by words. Can’t seem to find the solution online. I’ve had this issue quite sometime. Does anyone know why or have the same issue? Is there a solution? notion? potion?
