I received an email from a spammer (email below) however the recipient email is not mine at all; my email was not even cc’d.

See this, Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support, and you can forward the email to Apple as an attachment to reportphishing@apple.com and then delete it from your device. Do not click on any links in the mail and simply ignore it.
