No camera available

This issue has been raised before and a solution suggested however the solution is not permanent and in my case lasted less then one session the camera shutting down after ten minutes or so. The reset PRAM is not a final solution and I ask Apple through this forum to resolve this suddenly occurring problem, this application is essential to many users for both business and social and as such is irreplaceable.
