I previously had an iPhone with which I stored my photos etc in iCloud. I then changed to a Samsung and was using google photos to backup. I’m now back on an iPhone but I dont know where my previous photos are? I’ve signed in with the same account details but they are not there?

How long ago did you log out of iCloud? They are probably gone except from any local backup you have
