Question: For the past few days whenever I try to download new apps or update existing ones I get a notification that says “Apple ID has been disabled” I have tried to reset my password twice and reset my phone yet it still gives me the same notification.

As well as resetting its password did you then also do : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ? If you did, contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable the account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
