Stuck on Factory Reset

Hello, I tried factory resetting my iPhone 6s on Saturday evening and it's now Sunday night and it is still stuck on trying to reset. It goes to the apple logo and the bar fills up until the very end and it just stays like that. I have left it there charging overnight to see if it will reset but nothing happens. I even went to my laptop and plugged it in to see if it would connect to iTunes and it only worked the first time, although it made me type in my icloud account and froze after I typed it in. After that my phone won't connect to iTunes or let alone my laptop anymore. I REALLY do not want to go get it fixed at the apple store since I know that they might charge me to get it fixed, can someone please help me?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2.1, memory was almost full

Turn iPhone off Make sure your pc is running the latest iTunes 12.7.4

Connect lead to USB on your pc Press just the power button down on iPhone don't let go Connect lead to iPhone keep power button pressed down until pc sees iPhone Then wait for restore you may need to do this more than once Before it works.
