Deleted admin with all data files

I deleted the main admin with his entire user folder to create a new one. Did not think that all files are connected to the admin. It's all gone now. The admin can not be found in the Deleted Users folder. There are no backups.

What can I do? Need urgent help.

See this article macOS Sierra: Delete a user or group

Remove the user’s home folder from the computer: Select “Delete the home folder.” The user information is deleted and the storage space is freed.

If this option was checked and you deleted the home folder than the user account is completely deleted and you can't recover it .

Fortunately if second option was checked then you can restore the user with the help of this article macOS Sierra: Restore a deleted user
