Recover lost audio from a screen record
I need to have the audio from a screen record recovered. It is a must. What do I do? I have to have the audio from this. Please answer quickly

How certain are you that the sound you seek was actually recorded to file? If it wasn’t recorded, then there is nothing to recover.
Start at the beginning. What did you do, how did you do it (tools, settings), when did you last have the audio, what happened between having it and losing it?
