cant unlock activation lock on iphone 5

i cant unlock the activation lock on my iphone 5..it say my apple id cannot be used to unlock this iphone. im not using this iphone because of the screen crack, n now i want to use it but i cant unlock it using the same apple id

Hi

Only the person who knows the apple I'd can remove the activation lock.

If you bought second hand contact seller.

If you have had iphone from new make an appointment at Apple store take proof of purchase.
