Can you help please?

I am in the process of designing a small “Gift Box” and I have completed my “artwork” using Pages on my MacBook Pro.

The box manufacturer has asked me to save it as a PDF file, which I have done.

They use Adobe Illustrator and cannot successfully open the PDF without changes to format, fonts etc.

Unfortunately, they are Ukrainian and I don’t speak the language, so communication is difficult.

Can you advise me please? Thanks!
