Why did all my black and white pictures turn to color?

While going through my pictures last night I noticed all the ones I had taken in black and white are now color. Anyone else having this issue?

Picture colors I have an iPad Pro. 2021. a lot of my pictures look like negatives. Especially if I open a store flyer. When I click on the item, then it will open up to the right colour. This is very annoying. Any fixes out there?
