App store download and update problem

So the problem is this. I cant download or update anything unless it somehow auto update itself but some apps dont auto update. When i try to download or update anything manually it brings up Verification required. Then it redirects me to payment information. Everything is filled as usual (i tried to refill didnt work) and when i click Done it redirects me to the app and nothing happens. And the cyrcle continues without stopping. (I am updating/downloading FREE apps).

Start with this:


If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store


Note: if some of your apps were download with another Apple ID, there will be problems updating them. The solution is to delete them and download them again with your current ID.
