Tried to purchase a 9.99 coin package for a app called hotshot casino. My first attempt said complete but did not show in the app so I assumed it did not go through so I purchase again and then it populated the one purchase. I did not want to buy this twice can you please help me.
When I go to the link From my email that shows the purchase and hit the report tab then I explain I only intended to buy the app once. It says cannot process. This all started from an attempt to purchase more coins for my slot app my first try it did not populate so I assumed it didn’t go through so I paid again thinking it would only charge me one 9.99 fee and instead it charged twice. I just want to be refunded my 9.99
