New Podcast on Old Feed (RSS/Soundcloud Question)

I migrated podcast #1 from Soundcloud to a new host in December.

I started a new podcast last month and put it on the same Soundcloud account that used to host Podcast #1.

I went to submit the new podcast to iTunes.

They sent a note back saying...

Dear Podcast Owner Your podcast feed, [ https://rss.art19.com/sound-off-podcast-series ] was successfully added and is now under review.
Sincerely,
The iTunes Store Team

That's the old podcast listed at its new home. The feed I want them to add is

http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:2880287/sounds.rss

I cannot seem to locate the line or data that is leftover from the first podcast in the RSS feed. The podcast has already been accepted at many other distribution platforms.

Do you have access to the rss.art19.com feed? It contains this tag:

<itunes:new-feed-url>https://rss.art19.com/sound-off-podcast-series</itunes:new-feed-url>

This is as it stands redundant as it simply redirects iTunes to itself. However, if you substitute the Soundcloud feed URL inside this tag it will immediately and permanently redirect iTunes and all associated apps to the Soundcloud feed. (Indeed all you needed to do in the first place was that, and there would have been no need to re-submit, assuming that feed was still in use by the Store.)

If you can't do this, wait for the feed to be accepted. Then go to Podcasts Connect, select the podcast, and in the field where the feed URL shows enter the Soundcloud URL.
