About my Whatsapp after update

The sender name not show on the screen after update,could you help me??

Do you have the sender name in your Contacts? Have you authorized Whatsapp to access your contacts?

go to Settings/Whatsapp and verify that Contacts is turned on. You will have to authorize access after you turn it on.

Yes,I do have the sender name

I’ve already change the setting but still sane,the sender name not show up

Check Settings>Notifications>WhatsApp and see if there's a setting for Show Preview. If so, turn it on.
