Assuming you are using a Windows PC, you cannot backup a Windows PC to iCloud in any way.

If you wish to backup your PC, get an external drive, and backup to it using any commercial backup software for Windows of your liking.

Many external drives will have their own software for that.

If you have Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 they have their own Backup options to an external drive:

What kind of computer do you have? Generally, "PC" means a Windows based computer.

It is easy, it is NOT - there is no backup service for PCs on iCloud so you can not possibly have a PC (or Mac) backup on iCloud - iCloud is not a PC backup service nor is it an off site storage service, it is a syncing service where every change made on any connected device is made on all connected devices

the same way you always have, using backup software and a local external hard drive or an Online backup service (which I personally would not trust but it is your choice)

iCloud is not an option at all
