iTunes Match - restore deleted music

I accidently deleted some content from my iTunes library that I would like to have restored. I use iTunes match. Is there a way to go back and restore content from a few days ago. Say, from a backup. I've added quite a bit of music from old CDs and songs purchased from Amazon, so I can't really go to the iTunes store and redownload.
