iPad Sizing

Everything on my ipad had gotten bigger. I tried going to general - assessibility - zoom to turn my zoom off. It was already off. I’m not looking to reduce the size of pictures, I need to reduce the size of everything. I’m at a lost on what I can do. Any suggestions.
